Return and Exchange Policy

It is important for us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, we gladly offer returns and Free exchanges of items unaltered, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging that are postmarked within 30 days.

Here are some FAQs in regard to our return policy:

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Easy: e-mail us at support@toupeewholesale.com and let us know your order No. to avoid any misunderstanding, in the mail, you send us please explain in detail the problem you are experiencing with the product and also add pictures of the product showing the damage. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Custom-made orders can’t be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

2. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A full refund will be provided by PayPal after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair was not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. It will take up to 3-5 business days to process the refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If funds still have not been received, contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to appear on your account. If you still do not see your refund, contact your bank. Again, there is often a certain processing time before a refund appears. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email:support@toupeewholesale.com

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

You may contact us by e-mail at support@toupeewholesale.com. The Customer Service team operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day. We always guarantee a response within 24 hours and will be happy to help you!

1. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Yes. We are happy to accept your setback for an exchange within 30 days, as long as it has not been cut, styled, colored, washed, or worn. For any price differences between the exchanged items, we will charge you extra or credit back the overcharge. Custom-made orders can’t be exchanged and returned except for our mistakes.

2. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY EXCHANGE?

Yes, you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.

3. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

We will send you the exchanged hair after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair is not used. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information of the set being sent back, in order for us to place the order for your exchange. It takes 1-2 business days to process all orders from the moment we place them in our system.

4. HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE FAST?

You can place a new order online; we will send your new purchase after payment is received. When we receive and process the eligible returned product, we’ll issue the refunds or store credit that has no expiry date.

5. Accessories:

A refund can only be given if the packaging is unopened.

6. Return Address

7. Return handling fee

We do not charge any return handling fees but Customers are responsible for customs clearance costs. Please contact Customer Service if you have further questions.email:support@toupeewholesale.com

8. cancel the order

toupeewholesale accepts order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We are unable to cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive the product and then process a return.

If you wish to cancel an order, please email support@toupeewholesale.com and we will inform you and process the cancellation if it is possible.
